July 2005 -- For many years the WCC was on recess of the months of July and August. However a couple of years ago, we began holding July luncheon meetings, unfortunately attendance has generally been low, and although Judd Swift, Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Affairs, U.S. DOE, Office of Fossil Energy, is scheduled to speak to us July 13, the WCC Officers have decided to cancel the luncheon meeting due to several factors. Therefore, the July 13 meeting will not be held.
